Watertite Fiberglass Pools does hereby warrant its fiberglass Pools only upon this limited warranty to the original purchaser on the following terms:

• Watertite fiberglass reinforced pool is paid in full.

• The original installation of a Watertite fiberglass reinforced pool was done by an authorized Watertite dealer, a licensed contractor, or original buyer who complied with Watertite installation guide as well as all state/local building codes. 

Lifetime Structural Warranty – Warrants the structural integrity of its fiberglass reinforced pool against water loss due to defects in factory workmanship and material for the life of the pool to original purchaser and/or the first owner. 

7 Year Surface Warranty – Watertite Fiberglass Pools warrants the surface finish of its pool against excessive blistering and surface yellowing, due to defects in factory workmanship and material for 7 years from the date of manufacturing. Reasonable, gradual surface and color degradation may occur, on the grounds of conditions of overtime exposure to environmental and chemical conditions. Coping is not considered part of the pool under warranty purposes. For this reason, warranty will not cover mold marks, blemishes, crazing, surface cracks and chips in the coping.

Exclusions to Structural and Surface Warranty This limited warranty, does not cover water loss due to failure of pipe fittings, inlets fittings, outlet fittings, light fittings and skimmer or any labor work done by a contractor. This limited warranty does not cover any equipment used in connection with the fiberglass reinforced pool or any other accessories supplied or any surrounds including but not limited to decks, concrete, wood, and masonry. 

1. The fiberglass reinforced pool is damaged or altered as a result of nature including but not limited to: a storm, flood, ground movement, earthquake or inadequate site drainage.

2. The fiberglass reinforced pool is not installed by an authorized pool dealer or recorded by DIY project with the Watertite Fiberglass Pools’ office staff.

3. The fiberglass reinforced pool has been subject to any alteration, neglect, or abuse be that physical or chemical.

4. The fiberglass reinforced pool is emptied by more than 3” below returns, without the written approval of Watertite Fiberglass Pools.

5. The fiberglass pool water chemistry was allowed to get outside of standard operating water condition causing damage to the surface of the fiberglass reinforced pool.   

Salt System Warning: Salt Chlorinator Systems (Salt Cell) produce a high level of chlorine making it a greater result of damaging effects to surface if water chemistry and cell maintenance is not properly maintained. For this reason, our Brilliant Color finished pools with a salt system will not be eligible for a surface warranty. Any damage resulting from salt is not covered under warranty.

 

Warranty Claim: Watertite Fiberglass Pools, in its sole discretion, will determine if the warranty claim is caused by a defect in factory workmanship or material or the claim is a result of the actions by the installer, customer or some other cause. If Watertite Fiberglass Pools determines that the warranty claim is a result of defect in factory workmanship or material, Watertite Fiberglass Pools reserves the right to repair or replace the fiberglass reinforced pool. In the event Watertite Fiberglass Pools chooses to replace the fiberglass reinforced pool, this limited warranty does not include removal or installation of a replacement fiberglass reinforced pool. In the event Watertite Fiberglass Pools chooses to repair the fiberglass reinforced pool, we will repair it so that it can retain water. Any warranty repair may require modification to the fiberglass reinforced pool or texture of the fiberglass reinforced pool. 

Disclaimer: Watertite Fiberglass Pools shall in no event be liable for any personal injury, property damage, special, incidental, or consequential damage or losses of any kind arising from the performance or supply of the fiberglass reinforced pool. The liability of Watertite Fiberglass Pools shall not exceed the original amount paid for the fiberglass reinforced pool shell.
